Captain Amarinder Singh's mother Rajmata Mohinder Kaur passes away at Patiala

PATIALA: Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh's mother and wife of last ruler of the Patiala State, Yadwinder Singh, Rajmata Mohinder Kaur, today passed away at their new Moti Bagh Palace.
She had not been keeping well for quite some time and had to be admitted to hospital a number of times in the recent past.
The 93-year-old Rajmata had been hospitalised in March this year after she stopped taking food orally.Then again in the month of May she had to be admitted for Private hospital in Patiala.
Sources in the palace said that Rajmata had asked the palace staff to call in Capt Amarinder Singh.
