Building collapse: CFSL experts to be called again

CHANDIGARH: The investigation team of the Chandigarh Police a?? which has been probing the Sector 17 building fire and collapse incident a?? is all set to call the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) team again for revisiting the spot. Inspector Dilsher Singh Chandel, SHO of Sector 17 police station, said: "There are many things which need to be minutely checked again.Therefore, we will once again call the team of CFSL experts to check the area."
Besides that, the police also gathered some more details from the owner of the building. It has been revealed that the building was given on lease to NIELIT in 1979. Cops have also questioned people who were repairing the air-conditioned unit in the basement of the collapsed building.
