BJP MP raises awareness about women initiatives by Centre

Chandigarh: BJP Rajya Sabha MP Rekha Sharma has intensified the party's outreach on women empowerment initiatives of the Centre, leading a team of women leaders across Haryana to spread awareness. Ministers Shruti Choudhary and Aarti Singh Rao, along with BJP functionaries, are part of the campaign. Sharma said the shift from "women's development" to "women-led development" under Prime Minister Narendra Modi reflects deeper structural change, with schemes like Ujjwala, Jan Dhan and Mudra enhancing dignity, identity and economic participation.
