Chandigarh: The Punjab government has appointed 1997 batch IAS officer Rakhee Gupta Bhandari as secretary to governor Banwarilal Purohit.

Bhandari will replace JM Balamurugan, who has been serving as secretary to the Punjab governor since June 2017. tnn
