Arrest Bhullar: Kairon

Amritsar: Former Lok Sabha member from Taran Taran Surinder Singh Kairon, who is also a close relative of former chief minister Parkash Singh Badal, on Tuesday demanded immediate arrest of irrigation minister Gurchet Singh Bhullar for his alleged involvement in the murder of Shiromani Akali Dal leader Gurdip Singh Algaon Kothi and five others.
Addressing a news conference here, he termed the police inquiry ordered by chief minister Amarinder Singh a mere ‘‘eyewash''''.The clean chit given to Bhullar by the chief minister showed that the government was defending the minister, he added.
