ADGP seeks report

Chandigarh: Sonia Duhan, the NCP spokesperson for Haryana, who raised slogans against minister of state Sandeep Singh during a Republic Day function at Pehowa on Thursday, had gained access to the venue by reportedly introducing herself as an attendant of a freedom fighter present in the event. In no mood to give up, ADGP Shrikant Jadhav, who heads the Ambala range, has sought a complete preliminary report on the alleged lapse. “She has been let off after questioning for the verification of antecedents. No case has been registered so far. But further probe is in progress,” said Surinder Singh Bhoria, SP, Kurukshetra.
