4 held with fake currency notes

PATIALA: Patiala Police claimed to have arrested four people, allegedly involved in making fake currency notes.
SSP Patiala Amardeep Singh Rai told the media that the arrested persons had been identified as Sarandeep Singh and Vijay Ghai from Delhi; Ranbir Singh alias Happy and Satpal Singh from Sangrur.
He claimed that the police led by Inspector Sukhdev Singh incharge CIA, also recovered fake currency notes worth Rs 1 lakh.
The SSP said that there were preparing the fake currency notes with the help of computer, printer and scanner in a rented house in Deep Nagar area of this city.
He disclosed that another companion of the accused Jagdeep Singh alias Deepa was still to be arrested.
