In the first operation on April 23, acting on specific intelligence inputs, a police team laid a trap in Nuna Majra village under the Bahadurgarh Sadar police station area and apprehended an accused who was allegedly selling narcotic substances. While searching his car, the team seized 960 capsules weighing 576 grams and 75 restricted vials. During interrogation, the accused revealed that he procured the drugs from a supplier based in Chhawla, Delhi. Acting on this lead, the police arrested the supplier as well.In the second operation on April 25, a police team, led by an ASI, intercepted an accused near Shiv Mandir in Chhotu Ram Nagar, under the Linepar police station limits. The search led to the recovery of 720 banned intoxicant capsules (432 g). Addressing a press conference, Jhajjar police commissioner Rajshree Singh said the police were following a strict "zero tolerance" policy against drug trafficking. She said anyone involved in the illegal trade — whether a supplier, middleman or consumer — would face stringent action.
