27-year-old woman dies under mysterious circumstances
AMBALA: A 27-year-old woman found lying unconscious in the washroom of her house under mysterious circumstances, was rushed to the civil hospital where the doctors declared her brought dead. The deceased has been identified as
According to information, the deceased was the wife of Manjeet Singh who runs ‘
Manjeet said, “My son called her up from outside but after receiving no response, he came to me. I reached there and after calling for her a couple of times, I broke into the door and found her lying unconscious inside while the gas geyser was switched on.”
Cops were informed and the post-mortem of the body was conducted. The family suspects leakage of gas from the geyser as a cause for the deceased’s death. Sahil, a local geyser shop owner informed that the leakage of gas from a geyser increases the amount of carbon dioxide, further suffocating the person, which in extreme circumstances could cause the death of a person as well.
