₹25L for Sector 45A parks

Chandigarh: The engineering department of the Chandigarh MC has started the work of installing railing and towall (boundary wall) in Sector 45-A park. Since the towall of parks were in a very bad shape and residents had been demanding its repair, area municipal councillor Gurpreet Singh had visited the area along with the SDO and other officials of the MC and now works worth Rs 25 lakh for all towall and railings of the parks have been approved.
Speaking on the occasion, general secretary Raman Sharma and president GS Dhaliwal of the Sector 45A resident welfare association said development works had been initiated on fast track. tnn
