2 brothers die in road accident

Bathinda: Two brothers were killed after a Swift car hit the motorcycle they were riding at the Tinkoni intersection in Mansa town late Saturday. The deceased were identified as Gurdeep Singh (34) and his younger brother Hardeep Singh (30).Police said the two were heading to a shop and were crossing the road when a speeding car coming from the Jhunir side struck their motorcycle. Both fell onto the road, while the car rammed into a divider after the collision. They were taken to Mansa Civil Hospital, where doctors declared them dead.Gurdeep was married, while Hardeep was unmarried. They left behind their mother, Gurdeep's wife, and a two-year-old daughter.
