on Sunday wrapped up its three-day tour to the state after visiting several waqf properties and inviting proposals for their development. Nausad told mutawalis that “Sahari Waqf Sampatti Yojana” offers Rs 2 crore loan facility with attractive mode of payment. Committee of India extended the last date for remittance of the first instalment of Haj pilgrimage, around Rs 81,000, from May 6 to 10, official sources said. A Haj official here said soon after deposit of the first instalment, the prospective pilgrim has to simultaneously submit necessary documents to the state Haj committee in Cuttack. Those documents include the cash deposit slip, passport, medical screening certificate and photos, the official said.
