Odisha: Four held with brown sugar

A team of Special Task Force of the Crime Branch on Saturday arrested Bijay Mohanty of Barunei in Khurda district with 1.05 kg of brown sugar, a packaging machine and other incriminating material. Three persons — Sk Jumman, Soumyajit Parija and Sapan Bhattacharya — were also arrested. The STF seized Rs 5.30 lakh in cash and a car.
