Admissions in OUAT PG, PhD courses begin

Odisha University

of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar, will begin its admission process for master's and doctoral courses from August 3-8.


Students, who had cleared the OUAT entrance test and received rank cards, will attend the counselling. They will get admission according to their merit, sources said.

Counselling for master's in veterinary science and fisheries science, MSc (Home Science) and M Tech (agriculture engineering) will be held on Saturday. Counselling for MSc (agriculture) will be held on Monday and Tuesday.

Counselling of PhD courses will be held on August 8. Candidates seeking admissions into the OUAT should bring a demand draft of the amount required to be submitted from any nationalized bank. Altogether, 85 students can get admission in the university through the NRI quota. The candidates can download their intimation-cum-rank cards from the OUAT website and take part in the counselling process.
