Woman consumes toilet cleaner, dies

Bhopal: A 50-year-old woman died after she accidentally consumed toilet cleaner at her home in Piplani on Thursday. Police said that deceased Chama Verma, resided in Shiv Nagar area in Piplani. On Thursday morning, her husband Kanahiya Lal found her vomiting. When he enquired, it was informed that she accidentally consumed toilet cleaner. Kanahiya and his sons rushed her to a nearby hospital. On getting information from hospital police reached the spot but as she was unconscious her statements could not be recorded. She died on Thursday night. TNN
