locality for the past couple of years. Terrified, the survivor did not reveal about the incident to anybody in her family. However, when the accused misbehaved with her father, she narrated her ordeal to her parents. Subsequently, the family approached Hanumanganj police station on Friday and lodged a complaint under relevant sections of IPC and POCSO Act.
