In the lead-up to Indian team's 61-run win over their arch-rivals, fans burst fire-crackers throughout the evening as Pakistan's batting order crumbled. Massive LED screens dotted the cityscape, holding thousands spellbound late into the night. Revelers poured onto the roads, pounding blaring drums, breaking into spontaneous dances, and lighting up the sky with dazzling fireworks that painted the night in hues of red, gold, and green, marking one of the most electric celebrations in recent memory.
