Sodomised, teen kills Chhatarpur BJP leader's son
Bhopal: Fed up with repeatedly being forced for unnatural sex, a teenager stabbed a man in Chhatarpur district. Deaceased has been identidied as Rahul Dev Chauhan, son of a former vice-president of Chhatarpur municipality and a local BJP leader Lata Raje Chauhan.
Accused was arrested and sent to juvenile home on Wednesday. Rahul was found dead in his house on July 10 with multiple stab wounds, said police.
"The minor who is a student of class X used to live in the house of Rahul. He told us that Rahul used to sodomise him. He was also blackmailing the teen after making some obscene clips on his mobile phone. This act was going on for three months," superintendent of police, Chhatarpur district Lalit Shakyavar told TOI.
He said, "Rahul Dev got married on April 28, but still continued to force the boy for sodomy. On July 9, he returned home in an inebriated condition and physically abused the boy. The teenager moved out of the room pleading he was thirsty and returned with a knife from the kitchen and stabbed him".
"No outsider had access to the house. We talked to people and on suspicion interrogated the teenager who broke down and narrated his ordeal. A case was registered under relevant sections and the minor was sent to juvenile home," Shakyavar said.
