Ratibad man’s car torched over dispute

The student is describing an unidentified man who is accused of setting fire to a car parked near a farmhouse in Ratibad locality in the intervening night of Saturday and Sunday. The man is said to have acted on the watchman's complaint. The police have registered a case and are investigating. The man who made the complaint, Manoj Dave, said that the complainant, Kailash Bakaria, 40, hails from Bilkisganj in Sehore and works as a watchman at a farmhouse located at Dobra Mauakheda village in Ratibad. Mr. Dave also said that Kailash in his complaint stated that on Saturday night his brother-inlaw, Ramswaroop, had come over to have drinks with him when he woke up next morning. He found that his car kept near the cottage was completely gutted in fire. Mr. Dave then lodged a complaint with the Ratibad police. It was later revealed that Ramswaroop had torched the car as he was angry over the complaint. The police later arrested the accused and are continuing with their investigations.

SHO Dave said that Kailash, in his complaint, stated that on Saturday night his brother-in-law Ramswaroop had come over to have drinks with him. When he woke up next morning, he found that his car kept near the cottage was completely gutted in fire. After he lodged a complaint with Ratibad police, it was revealed that Ramswaroop torched the car as he was angry over Kailash. Police later arrested the accused and further investigations are on. tnn
