, father of deceased PWD minister rampal Singh’s deceased daughter-in-law Preeti Raghuwanshi wrote a letter to Congress MP from Guna constituency
Jyotiraditya Scindia asking him to raise the issue of his daughter’s suicide in the Lok Sabha. Preeti raghuwanshi, who was married to Rampal Singh’s younger son Girijesh Pratap Singh committed suicide on the intervening night of last Friday and Saturday.

. We have all the evidence of the marriage,” the letter addressed to Scindia said. “PWD minister rampal Singh knoew of the marriage but still got his son’s marriage fixed in another place. Hurt over this, my daughter committed suicide.”
The letter appealed for justice for the aggrieved family while also informing that the minister and the government were trying to suppress the issue. “We seek justice while Rampal Singh is using his influence and power to suppress the matter. We are under pressure to end this matter. Please raise this issue in the Lok sabha and try to visit our home in
Udaipura
,” Chandan Singh Raghuwanshi’s letter said.
“Entire BJP government is against us to save and protect the minister and his son. I seek justice for my daughter,” the letter said.
