Prasad visits BHEL shop floor

BHOPAL: ShashiRanjan Prasad visited different manufacturing blocks of Bhopal unit after taking over charge as Officer-on-Special Duty (OSD) in BHEL, Bhopal on Tuesday.
He would be the next executive director (ED) of BHEL Bhopal after the incumbent ED S S Gupta attains superannuation in the last week of March. Employees and various trade union representatives welcomed Prasad on his visit to the unit.
'Smriti' underway at IGRMS
Bhopal: A special exhibition titled 'Smriti' on the ethnographic collection by Late Prof Sankho Chaudhuri is underway at Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya.
The exhibition is based on the ethnographic collection made by the eminent sculptor Chaudhuri and his wife Ira Chaudhuri. This exhibition comprises nearly two hundred. In these collections artifacts from other parts of the Asia and Europe also figure.
This exhibition will continue till March 8.
