Bhopal: Real show began in the second innings when Narmadapuram came to bat. While other bowlers of Ujjain initially struggled, Palash started getting support from the pitch.
His control over the leather could be gauged from the fact that he conceded runs only in six overs out of 18 he bowled. In all, 85 overs were bowled in the second innings.
His maximum victims went back to pavillion caught-out.

He bowled out two batsmen and took a caught and bowled. Besides, there were two leg before wickets in his 10-wicket haul. However, Naramadapuram was declared winner on the basis of first innings lead.
" I was just tossing the ball at the right spot and trying to frustrate batsmen by not allowing them to hit hard," Palash told TOI. Palash has represented U-19 and U-23 age category teams of Madhya Pradesh. Former Team India player Amay Khurasiya has coached Palash on several occasions in the past. "He has all the capabilities to shine as a good bowler. I am happy to see him doing wonders." tnn
