A woman teacher was found hanging at a hostel on school campus on Friday afternoon. Police have found a brief handwritten suicide note from her in which she did not hold any responsible for extreme step.

BHOPAL: A woman teacher was found hanging at a hostel on school campus on Friday afternoon. Police have found a brief handwritten suicide note from her in which she did not hold any responsible for extreme step. A case was registered at Gautam Nagar police station. Statements of her parents and husband will throw light on exact cause of suicide, police said.

The teacher, Nidhi Shrivastava, 31, who was a yoga teacher at Maharishi Vidya Mandir in Lambakheda for past six years, resided on the campus. It came to light she last talked to her husband, who works in Jabalpur. When she did not open the door for long, hostel authorities and security guard checked her only to find hanging inside room.
The police later reached the spot and recovered the body. Police said she hailed from Ganj Basoda and got married to a man, Dheeraj in April last year.
