Madhya Pradesh: BJP state panel meet on Saturday

BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh BJP's one-day working committee meeting would be held in Bhopal on July 22 to discuss political situation ahead of civic polls in 44 municipalities of 20 districts.

"As per the plan, the party would discuss present political situation and plans to take welfare schemes to the public, and pass political resolution," said BJP state spokesperson

, adding the meeting would be attended by CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, state president Nandkumar Singh Chauhan, state in-charge Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and general secretary Suhas Bhagat.

Party sources said that apart from civic polls, impact of agrarian crisis in the state and its repercussion in the form of farmers' unrest in some areas would also be discussed.
