Former ministers in Digvijaya Singh cabinet during 1998 -2003, Aidal Singh Kansana and Bisahulal Singh who are among the rebel MLAs refused to speak to him.
Six-time-MLA, Bisahulal Singh said in a video clip, “For a year, I kept pleading to include me as a minister in the government. For 40 years, I accepted Digvijaya Singh as my leader, but he made a fool of me. Nepotism and blind love for his son made the Congress to drop my name from the list of ministers before the swearing-in. I will not speak to him, let him go back honorably.”
Another video showed Aidal Singh Kansana saying, “We came to know that Digvijaya Singh and other MLAs are in Bengaluru. For a year, we did a lot of talking and they did not listen to us. What will he do after talking to us for one day?”
Expelled minister Govind Singh Rajput said, “We have come here out of free will. All of us came here willingly. In the morning, we came to know that Digvijaya Singh has come and is unnecessarily creating trouble telling the staff and guards at the gates that he wants to meet us. We do not want to meet him. All the MLAs here have sent their resignations.”
Another expelled minister Imarti Devi said in a fresh video that she has come to know of Digvijaya Singh’s visit to Bengaluru. “I have just come to know that Digvijaya Singh has come here to meet us. We have fled from Madhya Pradesh because of Digvijaya Singh. He has destroyed the party. We do not want to be in a party which has Digvijaya Singh. I appeal to the Bengaluru police to protect us from Digvijaya Singh, we absolutely don’t want to meet him,” she said.
