Hotel owner in Ratibad misbehaves with cop, booked

A hotel owner in Ratibad allegedly misbehaved with a constable and threatened to get him removed him from his job after the cop asked him to close the restaurant where New Year party was being held past the permissible time limit. Acting on information, additional force from Ratibad police station reached the spot and closed the restaurant. A case was registered against the restaurant owner on Friday on basis of complaint filed by the constable.

BHOPAL: A hotel owner in Ratibad allegedly misbehaved with a constable and threatened to get him removed him from his job after the cop asked him to close the restaurant where New Year party was being held past the permissible time limit. Acting on information, additional force from Ratibad police station reached the spot and closed the restaurant. A case was registered against the restaurant owner on Friday on basis of complaint filed by the constable.
Ratibad police said that constable Sonu Singh, posted at Ratibad police station, in his complaint against stated that around 2.30am on Friday when he was patrolling in the area and reached Neelbad, he found that vehicles were parked on road in front of a hotel and a party was being organised inside.

When he asked the restaurant owner Vinay Sharma alias Vipin Tiwari to move the vehicles from road and close the restaurant, he allegedly abused him.
