Hit-&-run victim dies of injuries

Bhopal: A 55-year-old man, who sustained severe injuries after a speeding car hit him near ITI trisection in Ashoka Garden on Friday night, succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at a hospital on Monday. Investigating Officer HC Gopal Krishna said that a speeding car coming from Prabhat Square side, rammed into the roadside carts and hit Nathu, who was standing beside it. Police said that a case was registered against the vehicle owner on Monday and efforts are underway to nab him. TNN
