BHOPAL: Three members of a gang of highway looters arrested on November 9 for their alleged involvement in targeting trucks carrying goods near state capital, who admitted to looting goods and valuables worth around Rs 70 lakh have now confessed they were also involved in another truck robbery, on Wednesday.
Besides, another gang member has been nabbed by crime branch and a truck used for transporting looted goods has been seized from them.
The accused have now been taken on police remand by Misrod police.

Rahul Sharma and Sunil Rai were arrested by crime branch. During police remand the trio admitted to looting another truck laden with cosmetics near Udaipura area in Raisen few days ago. They reportedly told police that looted goods are with their accomplice, Naresh Jaswani, who lives in Pipariya. Officials said Jaswani has been arrested and goods worth around Rs 60,000 have been seized from his possession.
Gang members on the run include Ramswaroop Rai, Sunil Rajput, Vineet Sharma and Ishwar Singh.
