BHOPAL/JABALPUR: The MP high court issued notices to all the respondents seeking response to the petition filed by a college teacher stating that after she moved high court to claim sixth wage board pay scale benefits, the college management served her a notice of dismissal from service.
The petitioner Varsha Dubey said that she has been working as an assistant professor at DN college since 2006.
Despite having a PhD degree her salary is only Rs 10,500. She had moved the high court seeking to claim the benefits of Sixth Wage Board.
Following this, the college management served her a one-month notice for termination of her services.
