FIR against Cong MLA’s brother & driver

Bhopal: An FIR has been registered against Congress MLA Ramsiya Bharti's brother, Tulsi Lodhi, on charge of beating the owner of a hair-cutting salon. Bharti's driver, Chali Yadav, has also been named in the FIR.Ramsiya Bharti is the MLA from the Bada Malehra assembly seat in Chhatarpur district.Complainant Govind Sen alleged that Tulsi Lodhi beat him up in Chhayan village.Chhatarpur SP Vikram Singh said, "This is an incident from Chayan village of Bajna tehsil, and complainant Govind Sen said that two persons entered his barber shop and manhandled him. After preliminary investigation, we have registered a case under section 296, 115 of BNS. There are two accused-- Tulsi Lodhi and Chali Yadav."Ramsiya Bharti, however, has not reacted to the incident till late Monday evening.
