Day temp crosses 32, nights too turn warmer

Bhopal: The day temperature in Bhopal has started inching close to 35 degrees mark, indicating setting in of discomforting days. Night temperature was also a degree above normal. A similar dry weather would prevail in Bhopal and other parts of the state.
The day temperature in Bhopal on Sunday was recorded at 32.2 degrees celsius, two degrees more than the normal mark, while the night temperature in the city was 14.6 degrees celsius, a degree more than the normal.Among the places that recorded showers included Nepanagar 7.0 mm, Sohagpur 4.0 mm and Narmadapuram recorded 0.2 mm rain.In the forecast for Bhopal on Monday the meteorological dept stated there would be clear sky and hazy weather would prevail. Day and night temperature would be respectively 31 degrees and 15 degrees celsius. In the forecast for the state the meteorological dept stated dry weather would prevail in all dists of the state. No weather warning was issued for anywhere in the state. The meteorological dept stated the well-marked low-pressure area over southwest Bay of Bengal persists. The associated cyclonic circulation extends upto 5.8 km above mean sea level. It is likely to continue to move west-northwestwards initially and then gradually re-curve northeast wards over southwest Bay of Bengal during next 48 hrs, Met said in the forecast.
