City wrapped in morning mist as weather swings between fog & sun

Bhopal: The city wakes up to foggy mornings, with low-lying clouds keeping daytime temperatures cooler than usual, while nights remain warmer than normal. Authorities have issued continued fog warnings for Bhopal and several other parts of the state.The day temperature in Bhopal on Wednesday was recorded at 22.8 degrees celsius, three degrees less than the normal mark, while the night temperature in the city was 14.0 degrees celsius, three degrees more than the normal mark. A minimum temperature of 8.8 degrees celsius was recorded in Rajgarh. Thunderstorm, lightning and rainfall was observed in Bhind, Datia, Shivpuri, Guna, Ashoknagar, Niwari, Tikamgarh and Anuppur.
Fog was observed in Gwalior, Datia, Rewa, Satna, Bhopal, Chhatarpur, Sidhi, Ujjain, Rajgarh and Ratlam dists.In the forecast for Bhopal on Thursday the meteorological dept stated there would be mainly clear sky with shallow to moderate fog in early morning hours.Day and night temperature would be respectively 25 degrees celsius and 14 degrees celsius, while average wind speed will be ten kilometers per hour.In the forecast for the state the meteorological dept issued warning of dense fog for Shivpuri, Gwalior, Datia, Bhind, Tikamgarh and Niwari dists.Moderate fog warning was issued for Bhopal, Vidisha, Raisen, Rajgarh, Ratlam, Ujjain, Shajapur, and Maihar dists, the meteorological dept stated.
