Christians commemorate Christ crucifixion

Bhopal: Christians across the city observed Good Friday by commemorating the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. A Good Friday procession was taken out from St Francis Church, Jinsi in the city.
Archbishop Leo Cornelio, who led prayers said cross is a sign of redemption and love of God. He said, they should be proud of the cross which identifies every Christians with Jesus.He condemned all forms of violence and persecution against Christians world over.
Spokesperson of Bhopal Archdiocese Fr Maria Stephen said Christians will never stop practicing faith because of violence against them rather suffering inspire the faith and the Church to spread further all over the world.
