Bhopal: The
CBI on Wednesday presented a second supplementary charge-sheet against 81 accused in the
Vyapam PMT-2013 scam. In the first supplementary charge-sheet, 79 persons were charge-sheeted while the STF, which probed the scam before the CBI, had charge-sheeted 490 persons in the scam. Now, there are 650 accused in the Vyapam PMT-2013 scam.
In the fresh charge-sheet, the CBI has also charge-sheeted two directorate of medical education (DME) officials - S C Tiwari and
Prem Shrivastava
. Besides, 16 directors and other top functionaries of three private medical colleges- Chirayu, Index and Peoples' Medical College- have also been charge-sheeted apart from then Vyapam controller of exams
Pankaj Trivedi and his colleagues in Vyapam.

said that the fraud was conducted using the "engine-bogey" formula with the person "hired" to solve the paper.
In the previous CBI supplementary charge-sheet, 30 "bogey" students were charge-sheeted and 26 in the fresh one. tnn
