BJP appoints in-charges of 62 organisational dists
Bhopal: The ruling BJP, on Saturday, named the new in-charges 62 organisational districts in the state. After a lengthy meeting with divisional heads and office-bearers, BJP state chief Hemant Khandelwal, in consultation with the party's regional organisational general secretary Ajay Jamwal, announced the new in-charges.Former MP from the Bhopal Lok Sabha seat, Alok Sanjar, was made in-charge of Jabalpur (city), while former minister Sudarshan Gupta was given charge of Betul district. Sitting BJP MLA Pradeep Lariya was put in charge of Nariyavali, while former legislator Pushpendra Nath Pathak was put in-charge of Tikamgarh. The MLA from Sagar assembly seat, Shailendra Jain, was named as the in-charge of Ashokenagar, while former BJP state media cell chief, Lokendra Parashar, was vested with the responsibility for Sagar district.

The party's state vice-president Nandita Pathak was made in charge of Maihar, while another woman state vice-president, Manisha Singh, was put in-charge of Jabalpur (rural).
