Bhopal: A 27-year-old businessman was allegedly stabbed by his employee at his shop in Kolar on Monday after a dispute over money.
Investigating Officer ASI Santram Khanna said that the complainant Akash Prajapati, who runs a building material shop in Kolar, alleged that the accused Gaurav Soni, worked as a collection agent at his shop for the past four years. On Monday, there was a fight between the two over collection amount of Rs 1 lakh.
“Around 2.40 pm, Soni approached Prajapati, who was sitting outside the shop on, and attacked him with a knife. Soni stabbed Prajapati six times in abdomen and back,” said ASI Khanna adding that the accused fled the spot along with the money. Prajapati was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was undergoing treatment. TNN
