Biker dies in Shahpura hit-&-run

Bhopal: A 22-year-old biker was allegedly hit by a speeding loading vehicle in Shahpura on Monday evening. He sustained severe injuries and was rushed to a hospital where he died while undergoing treatment. Acting on information, Shahpura police registered a case and started investigations.
Investigation officer ASI Mahendra Chouksey said that the deceased, Kapil Dilare, 22, a resident of Sai Baba Nagar in Habibganj, worked in a private firm.He left home on Monday around 7.30 pm, saying that he was going to the petrol pump to refill. When he reached near a nursery on Danapani Road, a speeding loading vehicle hit his bike. Kapil fell on the road and sustained severe injuries.
An acquaintance spotted him lying injured and rushed him to a private hospital where he died while undergoing treatment. A case was registered, and further investigations were on. MSID:: 112660762 413 |
