Bhopal: MLA booked for ‘abusing’ police

BHOPAL

: A day before the

bypolls

a video has gone viral showing Congress MLA from

Chhatarpur Alok Chaturvedi

allegedly

abusing

and threatening cops on duty.


The incident took place on Saturday night when the

legislator

’s

vehicle

was stopped at a checkpost in the Bhagwa

police

station area of the district. The police were checking every vehicle that passed the checkpost as bypoll is due in the neighbouring Bada Malhera constituency. Bhagwa police station registered a case against the MLA.
