Had they acted on time, such accident could have been avoided." He added, "I informed the officials that a chain had opened up in the ramp. My staff also sustained bruises during the accident."
DRM Bhopal Uday Borwanker said the vendor's claim will be probed. "As of now I am told that there was not any formal communication by anyone. It would be probed whether there was any verbal communication," said Borwanker.
Later, in the evening, PRO IA Siddique released a statement that there was neither formal nor informal communication from the vendor. "This is a complete lie that the vendor had informed about any wear and tear in the ramp. We deny such claims by him. False claims are being circulated on social media," Siddique stated.
