Bhopal: Disabled man shot dead in Talaiya

Panic gripped Talaiya locality after a known history-sheeter, who was released from jail three days ago, shot a 22-year-old disabled man in Talaiya locality from point blank range over some petty dispute on Friday night.

BHOPAL: Panic gripped Talaiya locality after a known history-sheeter, who was released from jail three days ago, shot a 22-year-old disabled man in Talaiya locality from point blank range over some petty dispute on Friday night.
The victim sustained critical injury in the chest and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he died during treatment. Talaiya police on basis of eyewitness statements and CCTV footage registered a murder case against the two accused.
Deceased Mohammed Qasim, 22, son of Iqbal, a resident of Budhwara in Talaiya was going to an Iftar party when he was called by the accused, according to Anas Khan, brother-in-law of the deceased.
