BHOPAL: Adi Vidrohi drama festival focusing on freedom movement and mass awareness will be held at Ravindra Bhavan in Bhopal from December 2 to 8. Culture minister Laxmikant Sharma will inaugurate the drama festival, which will get underway with play “Swami” directed by Alok Chatterjee.
During the festival, play “Lal Qile ka Akhri Mughal” directed by Mohammad Saeed Alam will be staged on December 3, “Sikandar ki Jeet” directed by Ravi Taneja on December 4, “Jin Lahore Naheen Dekhya” directed by Dinesh Thakur on December 5, “Mati Gadi” directed by Sanjay Upadhyay on December 6, “Naya Qanoon – 1919 Ki Ek Baat” directed by N.K.
Pant and Shri Badrul Islam and “Bol Ke Lab Azad Hain Tere” directed by Lokendra Trivedi will be staged during the festival.
