6 judges on probation terminated
Bhopal/Jabalpur: Services of six civil judges in the state were terminated on the recommendation of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. The judges were terminated as their performance was not found satisfactory during their probation period.According to sources in the MP high court, the judges dismissed from service are Sarit Chadhary posted at Umaria, Rachna Atulkar Joshi posted at Teonthar in Rewa district, Priya Sharma posted at Ambedkar Nagar in Indore district, Sonakshi Joshi, posted at Morena, Aditi Sharma, posted at Tikamgarh and Jyoti Barkade posted at Timarni in Harda district.During the full court meeting of the MP high court held in the previous month, the decision to terminate services of these judges was taken following assessment of their work during the probation period and accordingly the order was issued by the state government recently.
