45-yr-old woman hangs self at home

Bhopal: A 45-year-old woman was found hanging. The police believed she died by suicide by hanging himself at her home in Ratibad locality on Saturday.
No suicide note was recovered from the spot, but it came to light that she was mentally challenged and was undergoing treatment for past five years. Cops were informed that she tried to end her life two to three in the past too.
Investigating officer SI Gaurav Pandey said the deceased Sangita resided with her family in Ratibad.
On Saturday evening when her family members were watching TV on the ground floor, she went to the room on the first floor and took the extreme step. The incident came to light when her son approached to check. On getting information, a case was registered at Ratibad police station and further investigations are underway.
