22-year-old woman alleges molestation by former school senior in Bhopal's MP Nagar

BHOPAL: A 22-year-old woman was allegedly waylaid and molested by her school senior in MP Nagar. Acting on her complaint, police registered a molestation case against the accused on Tuesday and started investigations.

Police said the survivor works as a management accountant. She told police that the accused, Faiz Khan, was her friend in the past. She alleged that after school, Faiz started working as a trader and went abroad to work. Before he left, a dispute took place between them, and they stopped talking to each other.

Police said the woman alleged that on Monday around 8 pm, when she was returning home from her office, the accused waylaid her and started pressurising her to talk to him.

When she refused, he molested her and hurled abuse at her. The woman filed a case with MP Nagar police on Tuesday.
