Worker plunges to his death

BANGALORE: Daily wager Vinod Rao, 40, of Chikkabanavara fell to his death from the fifth floor of a hospital in Soladevanahalli police limits, Bangalore North on Monday evening. The building, which houses Sapthagiri Hospital, has four floors with the fifth under construction.
On Monday evening, the centring suddenly collapsed and Vinod, who was standing on the edge, fell to the ground floor."He sustained head and chest injuries. He was shifted to the hospital in the building but succumbed to injuries within a few hours" police said.
