Training aircraft makes emergency landing on agricultural land in Karnataka, no casualties reported

KALABURAGI: A two-seater training aircraft belonging to Red Bird Aviation Academy, landed in emergency at a farmland in Paitsiroor village in Chittapur taluk of Karnataka's Kalaburgi district, due a to technical problem.

Pilot inspector and an under trainee safely landed along with the flight.

After the problem in engine, the pilot emergency landed the flight safely. There was no damage to the aircraft.

The training flight took off from Kalaburagi Airport and within a few minutes, a technical problem was found.

Both the pilot and under trainee are safe, said Kalaburagi Airport director Dr. Chilaka Mahesh.
