Four persons, including two bachelor of business administration (BBA) students and another studying diploma in aviation, were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly selling ganja worth Rs 1.5 lakh at Yelahanka New Town.

BENGALURU: Four persons, including two bachelor of business administration (BBA) students and another studying diploma in aviation, were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly selling ganja worth Rs 1.5 lakh at Yelahanka New Town.
The accused are Abhin, a delivery boy, and students Alvin and Ajith and Suhail, all aged between 20 and 21 years and from Kerala.

Police said the students are studying in a prestigious college in Yelahanka area. They would collect ganja from Abhin and sell it to college friends.
Man held for buying drugs via darknet with Bitcoins
A 27-year-old man from Kerala was arrested for allegedly procuring drugs through the darknet using Bitcoins and selling them in Bengaluru.
The accused is Mohammed, a resident of Hennur area in east Bengaluru. Central Crime Branch police seized 49 grams of ecstasy pills, 40 grams of charas and 5 grams of MDMA — all worth around Rs 6.5 lakh — from him.
