Three held for murder
RAICHUR: Three persons were arrested within hours of shooting down a man on the premises of Maramma temple in Nijalingappa Colony in the West police station limits here on Monday morning.
The dead has been identified as Ramesh, resident of Nijalingappa Colony, and the arrested are Adeppa, his son Yuvaraj and driver Narasimhalu.
The police attributed the murder to old enmity, tracing it to Ramesh murdering Shivaraj, son of Adeppa, in 1996 and over a dispute on cleaning up the house of Ramesh, which was locked and subsequently opened on a court directive.
