Teachers slug it out in Qwiz 2009

BANGALORE: The National Hill View Public School, RR Nagar organized an inter-school teachers Qwiz 2009 on the theme of `Togetherness' on September 30. Giri Pickbrain Balasubramaniam was the quiz master.
Usha Mukunda, a champion of the open-library system for the past 25 years, was the chief guest. Rama Ranganathan, principal, NHVPS, said, nature can bring us together, and we should unite to foster peace and harmony in return.The winners, Gita Viswanathan and Madhulika Chandrakumar, teachers at Shishu Griha Montessori and High School, were awarded a two-year subscription to The National Geographic Society Magazine. Sindhi School emerged runners-up, out of the 75 teams that participated in the event.
