It was a day that ushered in twin delights for R Sarath Chandra, a student of Sri Aurobindo Pre-University College in Shivamogga. He woke up to the news of having aced the CET – securing fourth rank in the BSc agriculture stream and 42nd in engineering.

It was a day that ushered in twin delights for R Sarath Chandra, a student of Sri Aurobindo Pre-University College in Shivamogga. He woke up to the news of having aced the CET – securing fourth rank in the BSc agriculture stream and 42nd in engineering. Then, with six marks being added to his II PU total, Chandra was declared joint topper in the science stream, with a score of 594/600.
Two Mysuru students managed to bag the top 10 ranks in the BSc agriculture category.

V Vasudeva from BASE College impressed with an all-round performance: He secured second rank in yogic sciences, fourth in veterinary sciences and seventh in pharmacy. However, he is keen on medicine and is awaiting NEET results.
Rohith Raj, a student of Ramakrishna Vidyashala, secured the sixth rank in BSc agriculture. He aims to crack the JEE Advanced test. Srikantha ML from Hassan stood third in BSc agriculture.
